About Our Seasonal Menus
Why have seasonal menus?
Everyone loves seasonal flavors - but do you know why? It's not just because it's trendy or delicious, but because it's what your body naturally craves as the environment around you changes with the seasons. For instance, the blueberries you might get at a summertime farmer's market are typically tastier than the frozen ones you might buy in the fall or winter. It's also a lot healthier to eat things that are naturally in season, both because it's what your body needs at the time and because of how crops are treated. To maintain certain produce all year round (like those frozen blueberries), farmers have to grow and treat their crops with all kinds of chemicals and put them through processes that degrade their quality. And it's not just unhealthy to consume produce out of season, but it's a bit weird, too! Imagine having strawberry lemonade in winter, or hot cocoa in summer! As delicious as they might be, it would likely be a little odd and even uncomfortable. Now, we're not claiming to sell "healthy food", we specialize in desserts, after all! However, we do like to account for what you might be craving and what's in season, so we can provide you with the freshest, tastiest, highest-quality desserts we can!
How does it work?
We have one menu that sticks around throughout the whole year, our Classics Menu, which you can order from no matter the season. However, if you're craving an item off of one of our limited-time seasonal menus, you might have to check the date first. Our seasonal menus shift every three months to provide fresh, annual flavors. We have a Winter Menu, Spring Menu, Summer Menu, and Autumn Menu, as well as the occasional Limited Edition release from our Golden Goodies collection (which is not currently displayed on this site).
