We use Farmer Direct Foods flour in all of our baked goods, and we're not ashamed to admit it! It's not just better for you than most commercial brands, but it tastes better too!
Their flour is traditionally stone-ground and minimally processed to preserve the whole grain, producing flour that is rich in nutrients, proteins, and flavor. Not only that, but they make their flour through regenerative farming, which reduces carbon emissions, improves soil quality, and preserves water. Their wheat fields save about 40 million gallons of water annually! It's good for the environment, good for you, and tastes good too!
